Our workplace
Malibu runs as a self-contained hotel: the kitchen, housekeeping and even the laundry are handled by our own team. That means every role comes with proper training and a clear path to grow within the hotel.
We welcome both domestic and international guests year round, so this is also a good place to practise languages and learn international service standards.
